摘要

電信資訊科技（telematics）結合通訊與資訊高科技之特質，提供電子購物等電子商務服務、遠距教學、電子醫療、電子通勤等商務購物、教育、醫療、就業之不同服務，透過新的活動方式選擇條件，打破舊有生產方式及時空關係。無論產業結構、企業經營型態、生產方式、資訊流通方式及區位之選擇等，均受電信資訊科技之衝擊而有所改變。本文以質化分析方式分析電信資訊科技之經濟特性，並據以探討其對於產業經濟之影響，共分為為經濟活動與結構的改變、空間經濟活動的改變、產業經濟型態的改變、產業結構與活動內容的改變、生產因素與環境之改變與產業空間型態之改變等六個層面探討之。

Telematics, the integration of information and telecommunication technology, provides a new way to overcome the constraint of spatial development. The usage of telematics could possibly change industrial structure, enterprise management, production process, information transit and location choice. This paper analyses the impact with six aspects: 1.economic activities change, 2.spatial activities change, 3. economic pattern change, 4 .industrial structure change, 5. Production factors change, 6. industry location change.
