摘要

本研究主要目的在探討中正體育園區的美化綠化維護管理實務。中正體育園區在十多年來經歷了外包維護及自行維護兩種維護方式，在有限的經費預算中尋求最佳的維護方式。一、外包維護的優點是：（一）方便性。（二）管理費用少，僅需監督考核費用。二、外包維護的缺點是：總費用高，依合約行事，機動性不足。三、自行維護的優點是：（一）工作進度可依需求自行調整，機動性高。（二）維護項目可依事實需要而增減不受合約限制。（三）總費用低。四、自行維護的缺點是：（一）維護工人招募不易且需職前訓練。（二）須自行購置各項維護費機具，初期經費花費多，且維護費用高。為求有效的永續維護管理，聘用專業人員及充足的維護經費是必須的。
