中正體育園區美化綠化維護管理實務之探討

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討中正體育園區的美化綠化維護管理實務。中正體育園區在十多年來經歷了外包維護及自行維護兩種維護方式,在有限的經費預算中尋求最佳的維護方式。一、外包維護的優點是:(一)方便性。(二)管理費用少,僅需監督考核費用。二、外包維護的缺點是:總費用高,依合約行事,機動性不足。三、自行維護的優點是:(一)工作進度可依需求自行調整,機動性高。(二)維護項目可依事實需要而增減不受合約限制。(三)總費用低。四、自行維護的缺點是:(一)維護工人招募不易且需職前訓練。(二)須自行購置各項維護費機具,初期經費花費多,且維護費用高。為求有效的永續維護管理,聘用專業人員及充足的維護經費是必須的。
