本研究以不銹鋼薄板在惰性氣體鎢棒電弧銲對接銲方式進行研究。在量測品質特性方面,利用游標卡尺、花崗石平板與附數位顯示量表之厚薄規來進行量測,以取得品質特性量測值。此外應用模糊集合理論,將語意判斷之品質特性資料量化,並應用灰色關聯分析和理想解類似度順序偏好法(TOPSIS)來整合多重品質特性的問題,進而取得較客觀的綜合性判斷。 本研究整理出影響不銹鋼薄板銲接的重要影響參數:銲接工作電流、脈波設定、電極工作間隙、電極凸出量與銲接速度。從實驗結果得知於灰關聯度和TOPSIS值之比較在整體上模糊判斷特性優於量測特性,整體排序上在前十者並無明顯的變動,亦優於量測特性值。
In the experiments of this research, GTAW butts thin plates of stainless steel and forms a weld line. The measurements of the quality characteristics are completed to obtain definite values through calipers, granite slab and thickness gauge with digital displayer; in the other hand, fuzzy sets theory is utilized to quantify the same characteristics judged by welding specialists. Based on the measured data and fuzzy data from linguistic judgments, Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) are employed to deal with the issue of multiple quality characteristics and further reach an objectively synthetic judgment. This research reviews and determines some essential parameters for welding thin plates of stainless steel using GTAW: welding working current, pulse setting, stand-off of electrode, projection of electrode and welding speed. According to the results from the experiments, the GRA and TOPSIS values from the fuzzy judgments generally perform better than those from the measurements. Furthermore, the top-ten parameter combinations from GRA and TOPSIS for the measurement data are similar to those for the fuzzy data, respectively. Those top-ten combinations for fuzzy data in general perform better on welding quality than those from the measurement data.
