世界多國籍企業對外投資不斷增加,而外派人員訓練與投資的經營績效是多國籍企業投資中極為重視的議題,故本研究針對美、日、台三國之多國籍企業,在大陸子公司之外派主管訓練對海外子公司經營績效的影響,並以和平文化經營理念作為干擾變數探討自變數對應變數的影響。研究歷經2006年至2008年,共抽樣450家MNE之在中國子公司之主管人員各國150人,研究結果發現,外派主管訓練對海外子公司經營績效呈現正向影響,其中外派主管之工作訓練較對當地瞭解訓練為重要,和平文化經營理念對外派主管訓練與海外子公司經營績效之關係呈現正向干擾,後續重要之理論貢獻與管理意涵具體分述於研究結論。
This study is aim to investigate the relationship between expatriated training of supervisor and performance of oversea subsidiaries. Managerial philosophy of peace culture is utilized as a moderator to examine the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The supervisors who are going to expatriate to the multination enterprises of America, Japan, and Taiwan in China were selected as the respondents of this research. In the period of 2006-2008, this study totally sampled 450 supervisors of oversea subsidiaries in China. The finding suggests that positive relationship exists between expatriated training of supervisor and performance of oversea subsidiaries in China. Managerial philosophy of peace culture also has positive impact on the relationship between independent and dependent variables. More theoretical contributions and managerial implications are discussed in conclusion.
