影響從事志願役關鍵因素之探討

Discussion on the Key Factors Affecting Volunteer Military Servicemen

摘要


本研究目的在發展影響從事志願役關鍵因素量表,全量表計有14題試題,可分為激勵因素與阻礙因素2個向度,全試題之平均Aiken內容效度係數達.767。在預試階段採探索性因素分析,結果顯示各試題之因素負荷量均達.3以上標準,分測驗信度達.788以上。在正式施測階段志願役、義務役、大專生、軍校生等不同群體在激勵因素各觀察變項上之排序大致依序為福利制度、退休制度、薪資待遇、培養專才、升遷發展,略有差異;在阻礙因素向度上不同群體在各觀察變項之考量不盡相同。以自願役、非自願役類別變項進行區別分析,可將全量表試題簡化為7題,其分類檢驗結果顯示受試者分類正確率達.71;以背景變項進行卡方獨立性檢定,結果顯示背景變項與選擇從事志願役與否有關。

The purpose of this study is to investigate a scale factor that affects volunteer military servicemen. Basically, this research contains 14 items, in which incentive and obstructive dimensions are the most applicable elements we use in developing that scale factor. Part of the result demonstrates the average of Aiken's content validity is .767. Furthermore, EFA is also employed as a crucial tool of analysis in the pre-test stage, the results of which have shown that the loading of each item is greater than .3, and the reliability of the subscale is above .788. In the stage of formal test, the rankings of the various variables in the incentive factors of the groups, are roughly in the following order: welfare system, retirement system, salary, expertise, and promotion, with slight differences among volunteer, compulsory military servicemen, college students and military academy students. In terms of the obstructive factor, for each group, it is not the same. The difference analysis of the voluntary and non-voluntary category variables can be simplified into 7 items, and the classification test results show that the rate of subject classification accuracy is up to .71. In addition, the chi-square test is performed with the background variables. The results show that background variables are related to the engagement of volunteer military servicemen.
