合聘制度促進護生臨床實習環境成效之探討

The Effect of Joint Appointment on the Promotion of Nursing Students' Practice Environment

摘要


本研究旨在後護生對臨床實習環境之評價來探討某護理專科學校護理科與其附屬的地區臨院護理部推行了九個月的合聘制度後,在臨床實習環境的成效。從臨床實習環境的整體性、實習場所、指導老師和護理人員四方面分析探討。 研究設計為於研究者所屬之地區醫院推行合聘制度,幷在合聘後九個月分別以問卷調查完成基本護理實習的護生,對臨床實習環境的評價。前測共分析540份,後測共565份。 本研究以“臨床實習環境量表”給學生自填采問卷收集法,量表內在一致性信度為0.96,再測信度為0.88。所得之資料以SAS/PC軟體進行分析,用百分比、平均值、標準差、Student's t檢定、單因子變异數分析及薛費氏事後比較等方法統計檢定幷采邏輯推理來探討。 研究結果發現,實施合聘制度在促進護生臨生實習環境的整體性及實習場所、指導老師與護理人員三方面的成效均呈顯著意義。護生對臨床實習環境整體性的評價合聘後得分提高57.67分(28.51%)、實習場所項目提高17.08分(26.08%)、指導老師項目提高27.45分(34.90%)、護理人員項目提高13.14分(22.59%)。 結果可看出地區醫院推行合聘制度後,在促進護生臨床實習環境上的成效。

The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of joint appointment on the promotion of nursing students' practice environment. The exploration of the promotion of nursing students' practice environment were setting, teachers, staff and the whole environment. The joint appointment lasted for nine months. Using an investigator-developed questionnaire, 540 students had finished fundamental nursing practice before joint appointment and 565 students had finished fundamental nursing practice after joint appointment was investigated in the joint appointment hospital and another three hospitals. The statistical procedures utilized in analyzing the data were mean, percentage, standard deviation, Student's t, one way ANOVA and Scheffe's method. The results showed that the joint appointment on the promotion of nursing students' practice environment-setting, teachers, staff and whole, was significant. The gain in scores of the whole environment was 57.67(28.51%), the setting was 17.08 (26.08%), the teacher was 27.45 (34.90%), the staff was 13.14 (22.59%). Finally, more joint appointments strict evaluation design, and further study were suggested.
