摘要
甘迺迪氏病被認為是與下神經元有關的疾病，然而一位44歲甘迺迪氏病患者的氟－18-FDG正子電腦斷層造影卻呈現散在性的頂葉及顳葉低葡萄糖代謝區域。該病患的臨床表現及神經學檢查卻沒有上神經元的病灶。這個現象說明甘迺迪氏病可能影響大腦皮質的代謝，但不會造成明顯的上神經元症狀。氟－18-FDG正子造影或許可以提供更多有關甘迺迪氏病的病生理訊息。

Kennedy's disease is an X-linked, neurodegenerative disorder characterized by loss of lower motor neurons. The initial clinical presentation may mimic other neurological disease, and the final diagnosis usually depends on genetic testing. The role of PET in this disease is not well established. We presented a case of Kennedy's disease with unexpected image features and discussed the possible utility of 18F-FDG PET in this disease.
