中油太陽能發電雲端監測系統發展與發電異常案例分析

摘要


中油公司所配合國家能源研發政策,於全台灣各地及離島地區設置太陽光電系統,至107年底,總設置量達207站(含出租24站),設置容量達7.5MW。為管理本公司太陽光電系統,維持未來20年有效運轉,中油綠能所於106年建立「中油公司PV雲端監測告警暨維運管理系統」,至108年2月已納入監測之案場數超過167站,統一管理、即時監測各案場發電情形,至今已處理與發電異常相關之事件達535件。這些發電異常事件,透過監測系統數據及資料有系統的分析,將發電異常歸類為8種主要不同之異常事件,說明其特性,利於未來維修人員前往案場現勘維修前,可利本監測系統資訊,預先判定可能異常類型,提高檢修效率,降低維運成本。

CPC coordinate with the national energy policy to set up solar photovoltaic (PV) systems throughout Taiwan and the outlying islands. By the end of 2018, the total installed PV systems reached 207 (including 24 gas stations roof-top PV systems for rent), with a capacity of 7.5MW. In order to manage the company's PV systems and maintain their efficiency for the next 20 years, CPC's Green Technology Research Institute (GTRI) established "Cloud-based PV Central Monitoring, Alarm, and Management System" in 2017. Until February 2019, the number of PV systems monitored by this system has exceeded 167, with central management and real-time monitoring. To date, with the assist of this cloud-based monitoring system, we have handled 535 incidents related to PV power generation anomalies. These power generation anomalies, with systematic analysis of PV data, are classified into eight major types of failure. By the analysis of real time and historic data of PV system, repair staffs can indicating the type of failure in advance, leading to improvement of maintenance efficiency and reduction of maintenance costs.
