摘要

管線管理是一個非常專業且分工緊密的工作，需要完善的管線管理制度，以維護管線安全。台灣中油公司（以下簡稱本公司）之原油、成品油、天然氣、液化石油氣及石化管線長度共計約7,700餘公里（不含天然氣海底管線），管線擔負著］運送油品的重任，串聯各地網絡，使油品能順暢足量供應至全台各個角落。為確保本公司地下管線的輸儲順暢及安全營運，特規畫建置「Andriod版智慧型手機巡管查報系統」（以下簡稱本系統）作為本公司即時管線管理巡查使用，本系統透過行動裝置快速精準的定位及網際網路無遠弗屆的高速運算功能，提供管線巡查人員執行每日管線巡查，除可簡化現場管線巡查作業，提高工作效率外，藉由現場巡管作業自動化（自動記錄人、時、地、即時狀況）及後製各種報表e化自動產生。本系統於行動裝置端整合行動通訊與Juiker（社群軟體）機器人程式，當巡管發現異常狀況時，除可線上產製異常處理單外，同時透過Juiker機器人程式第一時間自動轉報本公司管理層級人員，相關資訊包含異常狀況、照片、電子地圖標示位置等資訊，負責之管理人亦可透過本系統立即指示現場人員進行適當處置，相關聯絡資訊本系統均自動記錄。
