數位典藏交易機制之平台規劃

摘要

近年來，我國各級文化單位積極推動典藏之數位化工作，產生了大量具華人文化特色之數位物件。為了達成各數位典藏品的資源整合應用，延伸典藏單位之間的服務深度與廣度，並能有效降低營運成本、擴大收益面，以作為各典藏單位後續數位化工作的經費來源，數位典藏交易平台的成立實在有其重要與必要性。由於參與數位典藏的單位非常的多，個別交易的傳統方式不具效率性，但若能整合透過第三者主導的交易市集，將可大幅減低交易成本。本研究係以經營商務模式的角度，規劃與建立一個數位典藏專屬的數位物件交易市集，期能提供建置平台實務上的參考。

Digital archiving has received attention from various cultural institutes in recent years. In order to serve these various institutes, it is essential to build a digital transaction platform. The platform is built to integrate digital resources, to provide extensive services among digital archives, to reduce the operating costs, and to increase profit margins. This study delineates a digital object transaction platform based on a business model in order to bring down the operating cost.
