近年來已有許多有關數位典藏系統及介面設計之研究,但相對缺乏結合Web 2.0的相關研究。因此本研究目的為:(1)首先,先進行前測問卷調查,探討「Web 2.0數位典藏平台」的網站品質要素之二維定位(2)再根據前測結果,設計與發展一符合Web 2.0精神的「生態內容數位典藏平台」,以增進民眾與典藏內容之互動與傳播(3)最後評估使用者對本研究平台之可接受度,並總結歸納出後續的研究建議。 本研究先針對「Web 2.0數位典藏平台」的網站品質要素之二維定位進行探討,經由分析結果發現「娛樂性」為魅力品質;「典藏內容」為一維品質;「技術性」為必需品質;無差異/潛在魅力品質包含、「使用者分享」、「使用者授權」「使用者互動」及「創新性」;其餘為無差異品質。 在構面品質改善指標分析結果發現「典藏內容」、「創新性」及「娛樂性」等構面品質的改善,提昇使用者滿意度的效果相對明顯,而改善「典藏內容」、「技術性」、「易用性」、「有用性」等構面品質,則可以相對明顯降低使用者不滿意度。 綜整文獻探討、案例分析及前測研究分析結果,進一步提出「Web 2.0生態內容數位典藏平台」之模組架構,並依據「編輯與發佈模組」、「檢索與瀏覽模組」、「回饋與激勵模組」、「典藏內容與會員管理模組」等四大模組,來發展Web 2.0功能與使用者介面。 透過Web 2.0功能促進使用者與典藏內容之間的互動;以「時間軸」、「電子地圖」及「視覺化分類」等使用者介面,來強化典藏內容的導覽。 最後根據使用者對本研究平台之使用性問卷分析結果,歸納出影響本平台的八個重要因素,分別是「使用者介面易用性」、「系統功能之有用性與創意性」、「系統技術性」、「數位典藏內容有用性」、「系統平台服務性」、「系統互動性」、「虛擬社群」及「使用者授權」。
There are many researches about the Digital Archives recently. Yet there is lack of application of Web 2.0 based platform for the Digital Archives. To explore the feasibility of web 2.0 based approach, this study has the following the purposes: (1) Investigate two-dimension quality attributes of Web 2.0 based platform for the Digital Archives using Kano’s Model (2) Develop a Web 2.0 based platform for the Digital Archives following a preliminary study and analysis (3) Evaluate the usability of this platform. The first step of the investigating is two-dimension attributes of Web 2.0 based platform for the Digital Archives quality with Kano’s Model. The result of the analysis showed that “enjoyment” is attractive quality element of Web 2.0 based platform for the Digital Archives; “ Digital Archive content” is one-dimensional quality element, ”technical” is must-be quality element. Potentially attractive quality elements include “user sharing”, “user empowerment”, “user interaction” and “innovation”. All of the rest are indifferent quality element. The analysis about quality improvement index show that by increasing “Digital Archive content”, “innovation” and “enjoyment”, users’ satisfaction will explicitly be improved. On the other hand, improvements on the quality of “Digital Archive content”, “technical” and “user sharing” will significantly reduce users’ dissatisfaction. According to a comprehensive literature survey, preliminary study and case analysis, our study develops a module that is Web 2.0 based platform for the Digital Archives of the “Ecology” category. It contains “editing and publishing module”, ”search and browse modules”, ”Feedback and incentive module” and “content management module”. These modules form the basis of the design of the Web 2.0 functions and user interfaces of the platform. Furthermore, the platform will improve interaction between user and Digital Archive content by enhanced Web 2.0 functionality. The user interfaces employ “timeline”, “Google map” and “information visualization and classification” to support users to access the Digital Archive contents more easily. Finally, the result of users’ test of our platform and synthetic reviewing show that there are eight important factors about system usability. The factors are “Easily user interface”, “usefulness and innovation system”, “techniques of system”, “usefulness of digital archives contents”, “the service quality of system”, “the interaction of system”, “the virtual community function” and “user empowerment”.
