摘要

自然界中存在著不同的生物氣膠，人體可能在日常生活及工作環境中經由感染而產生各種呼吸道疾病。一般而官，生物氣膠包括病毒，細菌和其產生的內毒素，放線菌產生的抗原，真菌和其產生的毒素及抗原，藻類產生的毒素及抗原，原生動物和其產生的抗原，以及節肢動物、鳥類、哺乳動物和植物產生的抗原。本篇主要說明環境中上述的生物氣膠，簡述其基本特性、不同環境下的濃度、其可能造成的健康影響及未來的研究方向。臺灣地區一年四季多處於高溫高濕的環境，極利於生物氣膠的生長和繁殖，因此對於生物氣膠的特性和人體健康評估乃是目前刻不容緩的課題。

Bioaerosols come from a wide range of sources, which have been implicated to be associated with respiratory diseases. In general, bioaerosols include viruses; bacteria and endotoxins; actinomycete; fungal spores, glucans, and mycotoxins; algal and plant cells; insects and mites (their fragments and. excreta); and proteins from birds and mammals. In this report, the basic characteristics, health effects, concentration distributions, and future research direction of bioaerosols are investigated Because Taiwan is located in a subtropical area with high temperature and relative humidity throughout the year, bioaerosols show grow easily and quickly in Taiwan. Therefore, it is very necessary and important to futher evaluate bioaerosols and their health effects.
