認識職業衛生護理人員之現況工作
Understanding the Current Working Content of Occupational Health Nurses
摘要
本研究目的爲探討職業衛生護理人員的實驗際工作現況。研究方法是以質性研究法進行深度訪談五位台南地區職業衛生護理人員，研究過程採半結構式會談與參式觀察進行資料收集，共訪談六次，每次訪談約進行一小時至一小時半，並將訪談過程錄音及轉錄成逐字稿，共有六份文本。以紮根理論中的持續性內容比較怯進行資料分析，資料分析過程以組成資料分析小組進行下列步驟，首先以多元觀點進行開放式編碼；小組成員陸續將其他文本自行編碼後所形成的次主題，加以討論並澄清與確認。結果可歸納爲四個主題，(1)常規之一般護理工作(2)非常規之一般護理工作(3)拓邊的護理工作(4)非護工作。此研究結果可幫助子解職業衛生護理人員實際業務推展情形，期能提供相關單爲制定相關政策之參考，進而促進工廠員工之身心健康。

The purpose of this study was to explore the working content of occupational health nurses. We applied the qualitative method. The semi-structured interview and participative observation were selected in this study. Data were analyzed by the constant comparison of grounded theory. The procedures included(1)coding unit. and(2)formulating category as well as emerging themes from category. In final, for themes were emerged: (1)the routine work, (2)non-routine work, (3)the expansion of work and(4)not belonging to nursing work. The results can help health workers to understand the current working content of occupational health nurses and can also be used as a reference to make policy decision.
