「人格特質」、「工作角色確定」和「社會性支援」對外籍勞工的「生活適應」有正向影響,「工作角色過荷」對「生活適應」有負向影響,另外「文化差異」亦對外籍勞工的「生活適應」有負向影響。此外,不同外籍勞工的性別、國籍、中文語言能力、來台年資、來台動機、產業別等在台適應上均有顯著的差異。 本研究目的在探討外籍勞工的「人格特質」、「工作角色特性」、「組織支援系統」、「文化差異」等因素對其在台工作、生活適應之影響關係。以政府合法引進之營建業與製造業的外籍勞工為研究對象,研究結果發現:對外籍勞工的「工作適應」的決定因素而言,「工作角色確定」有正向影響,「工作角色過荷」有負向影響,此外「文化差異」與「工作角色確定」對外籍勞工的「工作適應」有正向的交互作用影響。
The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship of personality trait ,work role factors, organizational support system and cultural differences of foreign labors with their work adjustment、life adjustment in Taiwan. This study takes the manufacturing and building industries who introduced foreign labors into Taiwan as random sampling sample. The results revealed that the positive effects of the work role clarity and the negative effect of the work role loading on foreign labors' work adjustment are significant. Additionally, the interacting effect of cultural differences and work role clarity has positive effect on work adjustment. Furthermore, personality trait and work role clarity, social support has positive effect on foreign labors' life adjustment and work role loading has negative effect on life adjustment. Moreover, cultural differences has negative effect on foreign labors' life adjustment. There are significant difference on work adjustment、life adjustment among the foreign labors' gender, nationality, language ability, months of stay in Taiwan, motivation of come to Taiwan, industries.
