菌根菌、有機質肥料及土壤改良資材之施用對番荔枝生長及果實品質之影響

Effects of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) Inoculation and Organic Fertilizer, Soil Improvement Material Application on the Plant Growth and Fruit Quality of Sugar Apple (Annona squamosa L.)

摘要


本研究在探討菌根菌配合有機質肥料或土壤改良資材的使用,對番荔枝生長及果實品質之影響,供大目品系番荔枝肥培管理之參考及合理化施肥之相關配合措施。在接種菌根菌及施用有機質肥料對於番荔枝品質影響之研究結果,以接種菌根菌及施用有機質肥料之處理的甜度及果重為最佳,分別為22.4°Brix及792克,在接種菌根菌及施用土壤改良資材對於大目品系番荔枝品質影響之研究結果,以施用土壤改良資材之處理的甜度及果重為最佳,分別為21.6°Brix及474克。由試驗結果顯示菌根菌可配合有機質肥料的使用,但不宜與土壤改良資材配合使用。

The influence of AMF inoculation and organic fertilizer, soil improvement material application on the plant growth and fruit quality of sugar apple was investigated. The result can be the information for treat as the sugar apple fertilizer management and related measures of appropriate fertilizer utilization. In the study of AMF inoculation and organic fertilizer application on growth of sugar apple plant, the result showed that sugar content (22.4°Brix) and fruit weight (792 g) of sugar apple inoculated with AMF and applied organic fertilizer is the best; In the study of AMF inoculation and soil improvement material application on growth of sugar apple plant, the sugar content (21.6°Brix) and fruit weight (474 g) of Sugar apple applied soil improvement material is the best. According to the result of study, AMF inoculation can cooperate with organic fertilizer, but not with soil improvement material.
