現代農村婦女在農家所扮演的角色已趨於多元化,且婦女終身學習受成長背景、婦女因家庭、社會及經濟層面等因素影響甚大,無論是持家的角色或是務農角色,欲充分發揮各種角色功能,其所需的知能須進一步評估與研究。本研究採用敘述統計分析、卡方分析進行影響農村婦女終身學習因素分析,結果顯示農村婦女的「教育程度」、「居住地區」等基本特性,會與「是否參與學習課程」、「學習時間」、「最適當的學習天數」有關聯性。此外,農村婦女學習生活技能的動機高於農業技能,生活技能學習動機較強的項目包含「家庭生活經營」、「資源管理」、「健康促進」、「人際關係與溝通能力」;農業技能學習動機以「副業經營」最強。本研究結果將作為未來規劃臺東地區農村婦女終身學習課程之參考。
The role of modern rural woman has become diversified and women's lifelong learning will be affected greatly by growth environment, marriage and family, social and economic factors, whether rural women play the role of household or farming, the knowledge of playing to all kinds of desire role for rural women required for further evaluation. This study were analyzed by descriptive statistics test and chi-square test, the result showed that rural women's ”education”, ”residence” will be connected” whether to participate in courses”, ”time”, and ”days”. In addition, rural women's motivation of learning living skills was better than agricultural skills. The more attractive motivation projects of living skills included ”housekeeping”, ”resource management ”,”health improvement”, ”relationships and communication”, and the most attractive motivation of agricultural skills was ”sideline business ''. The planning of lifelong learning courses for rural women in the future will refer to the results of this study.
