高職教育對婦女生育行為影響之研究

摘要

台灣近年來生育率下滑速度相當快速，隨著婦女教育程度與就學率的快速增加，讓婦女接觸的世界變廣，婦女對於家庭外的活動更感興趣，這是否影響到婦女勞動參與、收入、初婚年齡，進而影響到婦女的生育態度及其生育行為。尤其是高職教育的設置，政府積極培養基礎技術人才以供應基礎建設之人才需求，讓婦女擁有一技之長，增加婦女參與勞動市場的機會與家庭外之活動，這是否影響到婦女勞動參與、薪資所得、初婚年齡，進而影響到婦女之生育行為，本文以現有子女數來表示婦女的實際之生育行為，將著重於高職教育對婦女生育行為之影響，與其他教育程度做比較。
本研究將利用行政院主計處民國69、79、92年之「婦女婚育與就業之調查」資料來分析，樣本為15-64歲之己婚婦女。觀察三個時間點的教育程度、初婚年齡、勞動參與、薪資所得、都市化程度對婦女現有子女數之影響。由迴歸分析結果顯示，教育程度中以高職教育對婦女生育行為之影響最大。

In recent years, there have been great changes in Taiwan’s fertile rate. The woman can get in touch with a wider world through woman’s educational development and demographic high reliability. Woman is interested in everything which is out of the household. Will it be influence on women’s opportunity of labor market, income and first wedding? Then will it be influence on women’s fertile behavior? Especially the setting of vocational education, the government aggressively train technicians to supply the requirement of infrastructure’s skill workers. Those drills have own professional skills and increase the chance in participating labor and everything which is out of household. Will it be influence on women’s labor, income and first wedding? In this study, the actual number of children represents woman’s fertile behavior. The purpose of this study is to probe the influence on fertile behavior in vocational education.
The sample aged 15-64 yrs. selected is held by the research Institute of Bureau in 1980, 1990 and 2000. In order to assess the influence educational level, first wedding, labor market opportunities, income and urbanization in actual number of children. The result of ANOVA showed the great influence on actual number of children is vocational education.
