鍛件常因為鍛流線分佈不佳而造成破損,但因鍛流線難以用通用的標準加以規範,所以對照組的分析比對將有助於判斷其性質優劣;本文即針對凸輪軸破損及十字沖碩破損兩組鍛件的案例,在排除材料本質異常、鍍層不佳、熱處理不良等因素後,以對照組分析的方法,判斷出造成異常破損的原因是鍛流線分佈不佳。
Although abnormal flow line distribution sometimes caused forging products failure, there is no popular standard to regulate the flow line distribution of the forging products. So, the comparison between the normal and the abnormal ones is a very effective method to the judgment of flow line distribution. In this paper, two forging analysis examples including the camshaft failure and the cross punch failure were illustrated. Some usual failure reasons such as the essential material problem, the abnormal coating layer and the wrong heat-treatment process were analyzed. And we found the failure reasons mentioned above can be excluded. After using the comparison method, it was concluded that the major failure reason of these two examples was the abnormal flow line distribution.
