Precision Cold Forging Progressive Die Technology for the Turntable of the Spindle Motor

Cold forging progressive die technology incorporates continuous stamping die and cold forging processes. By applying this technology, the “one-piece” part combining the turntable and plastic hub parts of the spindle motor was developed. The precision of the product can be significantly increased and the production cost can be greatly decreased.
