摘要


本文針對圓柱型雷射二極體模組構裝基座沖鍛複合模具進行開發研究,藉由工程規劃之探討、Deform電腦模擬之分析以及局部之成形試驗,尋求可行之成形製程,並經由板材沖鍛連續製程,結合鍛造模與連續模之特性,以生產高精度之TO-CA基座鍛件,降低其整體製造成本,包括人工、設備、製程前、中、後之處理等,亦針對沖鍛連續模中可能產生之問題加以檢討並提出對策。

The purpose of this paper is to find an available production die for forming process, by the research of process planning, deform simulation and local forging test. Meanwhile, by use of cold forging progressive die, we can produce high precision cold forged TO-CAN Header and combine both cold forging's and progressive die's characteristics. Reduce the total cost including manpower equipment and the treatment before during and after process. In addition, we discuss the possible problem caused by adapting forging process in progressive die.
