鈦合金鍛造模具磨損分析

The Die Wear Analysis for Titanium Forging

摘要


鈦合金因其與鋼鐵具有良好之親和性,鍛造時模具除受到高溫及高壓力之作用易產生磨損外,不良的介面潤滑更可能因黏模發生而使模具提早損壞,成為影響量產性之關鍵因素。本文嘗試結合實驗、磨耗理論與電腦數值模擬解析技術來分析與預測鈦合金鍛造之模具磨耗。模具的磨耗狀況則在450℃以下進行高溫磨耗試驗,測得不同溫度與壓力下之磨耗係數。最後實驗結果結合Archard磨耗理論與電腦模擬解析方法,實際應用於鈦合金人工髖關節全髖臼鍛造模具磨損分析,概估出該模具之磨損壽命。

When forging the titanium alloy the die is easier worn since the higher temperature, higher working pressure and adhesive phenomenon when lubrication is bad. The die wear becomes the major factor that affects quantity production. The purpose of this research is combining the experimental techniques, wear theory and numerical simulation method to predict the wear of titanium forging die. The wear coefficients in different temperatures and pressures were acquired from high temperature wear experiment. Finally, the Archard wear theory and computer simulation were used to analyze the forging process of titanium cup for femoral hip joint and predict the die wear condition.
