方筒之深引伸成形製程模擬分析與模具設計之研究

摘要


由於手機產量日益增加,用以製造電池之外殼件需求量亦隨之增加,而此外殼件部分以深引深方式製造。故本次研究將以手機電池方筒外殼為載具,利用成形分析軟體〝DEFORM〞進行其深引伸製程之模擬,探討深引伸製程之胚料設計與工程設計,並由模具之運動模擬分析模具設計之可行性。結果顯示可經由模擬分析結果可得到兩種不同之成形工程之設計,可作為實際引伸製程開發之參考。

Recently, the need of square cups for the battery cases increase due to the high growth of the mobile phone. However, a Portion of the square cups are produced by using the deep drawing process. In this study, the square cups are selected as the vehicle to investigate the billets design and the forming stages design of the deep drawing process by simulation with DEFORM software. Meanwhile, the feasibility for the design of the dies is investigated by the running simulation as well. The results show that there are two sets design of the forming stages can be obtained, which can be used as the reference for the development of the actual deep drawing process.
