法蘭筒件深引伸成形模具設計研究

A Study of Deep Drawing Die Design for Flange Tube

摘要


本研究以汽車電磁閥法蘭筒件,並使用SPCE冷軋鋼板為開發載具之材料,來研究探討其引伸成形製程技術與模具設計;首先研讀成品之圖面歸納其尺寸設計重點,探討其引伸成形之可行性,再參考國內外金屬板料成形相關文獻,將搜集之資料應用於管件及模具之設計上。研究過程中採搭配CAE分析軟體-DEFORM來探討筒件在厚板引伸成形上,並考量成形過程中胚料之最佳引伸成形性與避免厚度變薄或引伸破裂現象發生,遂需進行多道次製程規劃,最後以實際引伸形性試驗,來探討與驗證所設計製程之可行性。結果顯示,本研究之工程設計依照引伸率設計準則,共規劃為下料、引伸1、引伸2、引伸3、引伸4與整形等六道次。以DEFORM模擬軟體針對工程設計進行模擬,顯示各道次胚料之設計具有可行性。依上述結果設計與製作模具,於實際引伸成形作業後,最後成品之尺寸符合原設計圖面要求,證明研究所設計之製程與模具設計為可行。

In this study, the aims were to analyze the drawing processes and to investigate the design of the mechanism applied to the cold rolled steel sheet for flange tube of solenoid control valve. First of all, read up chart dimensions of product and verity the feasibility for drawing. Second, refer to the documents and apply to the design of dies. The DEFORM software was used to simulate the drawing processes for flange tube. Considering the optimum formation of drawing and avoiding the attenuation or breaching for sheet thickness, it is necessary to discuss the feasibility and compare drawing processes with experiment formulation. The six steps: cutting, drawing1, drawing- 2, drawing3, drawing4 and sizing follow the design of drawing rate standards. It is feasible for the processes designed by the DEFORM software was used to simulate the process formulation. The dimensions of product are as well as what on the drawing after machining. This research proves the processes and design are feasible.
