板材液壓成形技術之應用與發展趨势

The Development and Application Trend for Sheet Hydroforming Technology

摘要


板材液壓成形的特色是利用液體取代部份的模具,並藉由液體的壓力,使板材成形。僅需要半副模具(一個冲頭或母模),因此模具成本比傅統冲壓低廉。由於有液體的辅助,板材液壓成形有高引伸比、降低回弹、板厚燮化率低、表面品質高等優點,因此板件液壓成形非常適合於汽車、電子/资訊産品、航太、照明器具等産業,在近年汽車板金逐渐採用高强度鋼和鋁合金等雖成形材,應用液壓成形将有助材料的成形。在3C殼件方面,板件液壓成形可以生産外形複雜的曲面,減少成形道次等。目前金屬板金件逐渐走向少量多樣,應用板材液壓成形技術的機會将越来越多。

Sheet hydforming process is used the liquid to replace sonic dies, and its high pressure forces the metal sheet to deformation. Only needing half of dies (a punch or a female die), so the cost of those dies is much cheaper than the cost of the traditional stamping process. Due to the liquid assist, the ad antages of sheet hydroforming are higher drawing ratio, little spring back, loner thickness variations, and high surface quality. etc. And it have been applied for the products of automobile, electron/information, aircraft, and the reflector of light. Recently, the metal sheets of automobile is introduced the high strength steel and aluminum. Applying sheet hydforming process can be much helpful about the formability of those materials. It can produce the complex shapes of 3C cases, and reduce the forming processes. Today, the trend of metal sheets is towards small quantity and great variety. For the future, the opportunity of sheet hydroforming will be increasing.
