液壓成形技術於數位產品外殼之研究開發

The Development of Sheet Metal Hydroforming Technology for Electronic Product Cases

摘要


板材液壓成形技術擁有提升材料成形性、高表面品質與精度、模具結構簡單,模具開發時程縮短、引伸工程道次減少等特點,致使板材液壓成形在汽車、航太、電子、家電、生醫、照明器具等產業中,也佔有其獨特的地位。本研究經由實驗驗證了板材液壓成形技術提供了一項有效的方法來高製造具複雜度或具深度之高品質零件,相對於傳統沖壓或引伸方式,能夠一次成形至更複雜造型成品,且製品具有高表面品質,但材料的選擇與局部特徵R角設計仍扮演重要關鍵角色,需搭配設計適當之特徵R角,如此則能夠以最具經濟與效益的方式一次成形至所需成品。未來配合國內相關產業多種少量需求情況下,發展特殊材質及複雜造型產品應用,將是具有發展潛力之方向。

Sheet metal hydroforming(SHF) has many advantages, such as enhanced formability, high surface quality and dimensional accuracy, relative simple die design, shortened development time, reduced process procedures etc..., Thus SHF plays an important and particular role in the automotive, aerospace, electronic and electric appliances, biomedical, illumination industry field. This study shows that SHF provides an effective method to make premium products with complicated shapes or depth. In contrast to conventional methods such as stamping or drawing, SHF could make products with more complicated shapes through on stage forming, and the products also possess high surface quality. This experiment also shows that material selection and local corner radius design are very important, with proper design we could accordingly complete the forming through on stage. Moreover, in conforming to domestic niche market needs, we could expect that the application of SHF to special material and complicated shape products is a recommended potential way to follow up in the future.
