基於積層製造之鑄造模具應用研究

A Study of the Application in Casting Mold Based on Additive Manufacturing

摘要


首先說明應用積層製造於鑄造模具之關鍵技術與應用優勢,針對積層製造應用於砂模模具與精密鑄造用陶瓷模具之生產設備、材料與流程做說明;經由渦輪增壓器外殼之成功案例顯示,積層製造砂模技術於模具上、下模,結合積層製造之陶心列印技術的整合應用兼顧模具成本與陶心流道的表面粗糙度,可以達到縮短開發流程、節省模具費用、爭取國際訂單、爭取少量多樣高值化市場、提升創新能力與建置新商模等實質效益。

In this paper, the main benefits of using additive manufacturing in casting molds manufacturing are summarized. The additive manufacturing production equipment, materials and processes of molds used in sand casting and investment casting are introduced in details. The successful case of turbocharger housing manufacturing shows that the applications of additive manufacturing and the ceramic core of 3D printing in sand mold manufacturing takes into account both the surface roughness of flow channel and the cost of mold. This application shortened the process and saved the cost.
