汽車後視鏡座模具模組化設計之研究

The Research for the Module Design of the Car Rearview Mirror Mold

摘要


後視鏡產品屬於汽車之必備零組件,全球各車廠產能與日俱增,且造型推陳出新,若以傳統模具設計方式製造,會因開發時間冗長而造成交期不穩與品質不良等問題,因此需要有別於傳統模具的設計製造方式。模組化設計可有效的縮短產品開發週期、增加產品多樣性,因此本研究利用此理論導入後視鏡鏡座模具的開發設計。將後視鏡鏡座模具完整切割成為具有特定功能的模組塊,並將單元尺寸規格標準化,建立彼此的相容性,然後施以後視鏡鏡座模具的模組化的原型件試作,設計者依模組資訊而彈性多樣化的設計開發新產品,亦可有效率的管理維護模具,期能對相關業界應用模具模組化設計與開發上有所助益。

Rearview mirror products are essential components of the car, increasing global capacity of each depot, and modeling innovation. Produced in the traditional molding design way, some problems will happen, like unstable quality and unstable lead time, so a new molding design for manufacture, which is different from the traditional method, is necessary. As module designs can effectively reduce the development circle and increase the variety of products, molding designs of car rearview mirror are introduced on the basis of the theory in the research. Firstly, the concept of module design are introduced to the production of car rearview mirror to make the mold for producing car rearview mirror divided into several module blocks with different specific function. After this, the specification of the units is standardized to build up compatible interface, and then those processes are collected to become standard development flow of design and manufacture. Afterward, it is the manufacturing of prototype model of modules of car rearview mirror to demonstrate the standard development flow of module design. Designer to design many various mold depending on the module information, and then the effective maintenance of products and molds. We hope the results of the present study could be used as a basis of designing and developing modular design of die and be helpful to the related industry application.
