應用模流分析對於汽車後視鏡外型翹曲之研究

摘要


塑膠射出成型是最近各界鑽研的加工之一,因為塑膠射出成型快、適合大量的生產製造,所以生活周遭塑膠製品的應用越來越廣泛,如民生用品、機件外殼、航空零組件、電子連接器和光學元件等產品應用,相較對於汽車產業零組件之研究較少。近年來隨著汽車產業的蓬勃發展,大量的金屬零件轉變為塑膠的製品,節省原先的成本並減輕其重量,而在節能減碳的環保意識抬頭下,汽車朝向輕量化的趨勢發展,如何在輕量化下又能保有結構強度。本文透過CAE模流分析軟體模擬產品在塑膠射出成形的過程,其中了解到產品外型結構強度較弱處或翹曲變形量的改變,在射出成型前搭配CAE模流分析軟體找出產品缺陷處,依據電腦分析結果立即修正參數並且改善其問題,這樣不只能夠有效減少加工時間、減少產品的不良率、減少材料的浪費並且增加生產效率。

Plastic injection molding process is one of the most recent study of all walks of life, as fast plastic injection molding, suitable for mass manufacturing, so life around plastic products widely applied, such as consumer goods, housing parts,, aviation components, electronic connectors and optical components and other product applications, compared to the study of automotive industry components less. In recent years, with the rapid development of the automotive industry, a large number of metal parts into plastic products, save costs and reduce their original weight, and in carbon reduction rise of environmental awareness, lightweight trend toward car, how under lightweight and can retain structural strength. This paper used CAE mold flow analysis software simulation products in the plastic molding process, wherein understand product shape or strength is weak at the warpage change deformation before injection molding with CAE mold flow analysis software to identify defects office. According to the results of computer analysis and correction parameter immediately improved their problems, so not only can effectively reduce the processing time, reduce non-performing rate of products, reduce material waste and increase productivity.
