鍛造鋁合金輪圈幾何結構優化之分析

摘要


在鋁合金輪圈日益普及的今日,輪圈不僅要求美觀,安全更是非常重要的一環,本研究以國家標準CNS標準為例,對輪圈強度進行分析模擬,針對汽車輪圈幾何設計採用有限元素分析,設計出結構強度較強的輪圈。在現今產業界上所積極追求的輪圈是輕量化、易於生產、多樣變化等優點,透過本研究所得知結果,提供輪圈幾何設計上最適合條件參考。本研究宗旨在於利用有限元素法探討輪圈幾何設計,以電腦繪圖軟體SolidWorks建立輪圈模型,再將其轉入ANSYS以及SolidWorks中的Simulation分析模組,模擬車輛實際行駛於路面,高速衝擊路面上的障礙物,並且觀察輪胎的應力分佈。對輪圈參數進行比較,選出強度較強的輪圈外型,可觀察輪圈不同幾何結構強度比較,將輪圈參數最佳化,找出較強之輪圈外型參數。

In the aluminum alloy wheel ring increasingly popular today, the wheel ring not only requires beautiful, safety is a very important link, this study took the national standard CNS standard as an example, the strength of the wheel ring analysis simulation, for the automotive wheel ring geometric design using finite element analysis, design a strong structural strength of the wheel ring. In today's industry is actively pursuing the advantages of lightweight, easy to produce, diverse changes, etc., through the results of this study, to provide the most suitable conditions for the ring geometric design reference. The purpose of this study is to explore the geometric design of wheel rings by using finite element method, establish the wheel ring model by using computer drawing software SolidWorks, and then transfer it to ANSYS and Simulation analysis module of SolidWorks to simulate the vehicle actually driving on the road surface, impact obstacles on the road surface at high speed, and observe the stress distribution of tires. It was compared the parameters of the wheel ring, and the shape of the wheel ring with strong strength was selected. The comparison of the strength of different geometric structures of the wheel ring was observed. The parameters of the wheel ring were optimized by then, and the shape parameters of the stronger wheel ring were found.
