Radiation recall dermatitis is not a common phenomenon. We present a case of 40-year-old female who is a victim of breast cancer. She has received: in the sequence of operation, hormone therapy, radiotherapy, and then chemotherapy. However, swollen skin with pain within previous radiation region was immediately observed after completion of chemotherapy. We have encountered the difficulty to differentiate the cause of the skin change. After further survey and evaluation, radiation recall dermatitis was diagnosed. Previous reports are reviewed and treatment decision making of this case is discussed in this article.
