We started with ten dimensionalities of the concept of general education, i.e. semantics, philosophy, the theory of character, the theory of idea and ideality, the theory of transferred meaning, the theory of target, the theory of guidance, the theory of curriculum, the theory of teaching and the theory of illogicality. The we make a deep explication and inventory on the concept and connotation of general education home and abroad. On the basis of these we advance a new expression.
