大專院校運動場地使用規畫之研究

摘要

本研究是以問卷調查方式，針對全國一百廿五所大專院校調查運動場使用規畫情形。
本研究結果發現：
一、有86.36%的學校是依現有場地規模數量編排體育課程，擴充現有運動場地設備成為各學校當務之急。而按學生興趣分組選項敎學，將成為未來體育教學新趨勢。
二、大專院校運動場地使用規畫的優先順序是：體育教學、開放使用、運動代表隊訓練、員工生社團及收費使用。若以時段劃分，則上午五時至八時為運動代表訓練、員工生社團及開放使用時段；上午八時至十二時，則為體育教學時段；中午十二時至十三時卅分為員工生社團及開放使用時段；下午十三時卅分至十五時卅分為體育敎學使用時段；下午十五時卅分至十六時卅分，則為體育教學及代表隊訓練使用時段；下午十六時卅分至十七時卅分，為體育教學、代表隊訓練及員工生社團使用時段；下午十七時卅分至十八時卅分為代表隊訓練、員工生社團及開放使用時段；下午十八時卅分至十九時卅分，則為代表隊訓練及員工生社團使用時段；各校可依情況，採取收費制度局部對外開放使用。
三、學校提供運動場地供民眾使用，以不影響體育教學為原則；學校應主動提供資訊給民眾參考，充實運動場地設備，做好完善的服務工作。
四、配合政府開放學校運動場政策，室外籃球、排球、及網球是對外開放自由使用時數最多的場地，若能擴充此三項場地，將更能提供居民活動的空間。

This study was to survey 125 colleges and universities concerning the planning of the sports fields. The findings are listed as below:
Ⅰ.The physical education curriculum in 86.36% of the schools is arranged according to the currently available space. Expanding the current sports field equipment has become an urgent task for every school. Optional instruction in groups according to the students' interests will become the new trend in physical education in the future.
Ⅱ.The priority in using the sports field in universities and colleges is: physical education, public usage, representative sports teams training, activities held by the faculty, staff and students, and then paid usage. If divided by time, 5:00a.m. to 8:00a.m. is the time for representative sports teams training, activities held by the faculty, staff and students, and public usage; 8:00a.m. to 12:00p.m. for physical education; 12:00p.m. to 13:30 for representative sports teams training, activities held by the faculty, staff and students, and public usage;13:30p.m. to 15:30p.m. for physical education;15:30p.m, to 16:30 p.m. for physical education and representative sports teamstraining;16:30 p.m. to 17:30p.m. for physical education, representative sports teams training and activities held by the faculty, staff and students;17:30p.m. to 18:30p.m for representative sports teams training and activities held by the faculty, staff andstudents;18:30p.m. to 19:30p.m. for representative sports teams training and activities held by the faculty, staff and students. Each school may evaluate the circumstances for partially opening to the public by a paid system.Ⅲ.Schools would make the sports field available to the public only under the principle of not affection physical education. Schools should actively provide in formation to the public for reference, and renew the sports field equipment to offer sound services.
