本研究主要目的在探討㈠大專男、女甲組桌球運動員的運動心理技能狀態;㈡大專男、女甲組桌球運動員的性別與運動績效對運動心理技能的交互影響;㈢大專男、女甲組桌球運動員的訓練年數與運動心理技能之關係。本研究樣本係以99名(男59、女40)參加第二十四屆大專院校桌球賽甲組桌球運動員為研究對象,並以運動心理技能量表作為研究工具,藉以探討桌球運動員各變項與運動心理技能的關係。本研究所得資料以因素分析、雙因數變異數分析、t考驗分析。結果顯示: ㈠大專男子甲組桌球運動員在焦慮、信心、動機與意像等四個因素上比女子桌球運動員好。 ㈡性別與運動績效在專注因素有交互效果,女子桌球運動員在當選國手情況下比未當選者好;在未當選國手情形時,男子桌球運動員比女子桌球運動員好。 ㈢訓練年數愈長在團隊精神的因素愈好。中文關鍵字:運動心理技能,心智訓練、焦慮、信心、動機、團隊精神、意像、專注。
The purposes of this investigation were threefold: first, examine the readiness of university table tennis players on sport psychological skill; second, examine the interaction effect of gender and performance on sport psychological skill; third, examine the relationship between training years and sport psychological skill. The sport psychological skill questionnaire scale were filled out by ninty-nine university table tennis athletes (55 males, 40 femals), enrolled in 1993 R.O.C. University Athletic Competition. Factor analysis, two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and t-test were employed to analyze questionaire data. The results indicated that (1) there were significant main effect for gender, and analysis revealed that males were significantly superior to females on anxiety, confidence, motive, and imagery factor, (2) there was a significant interaction effect of gender and elite on concentration factor, (3) the longer the training years the better the team work would be.
