高爾夫專項體能評估的探討

The Study of Physical Capacity Evaluation for Golf Specialty

摘要


本研究的目的在初步探討優秀高爾夫選手與未學過高爾夫一般成年人,在高爾夫的專項體能評估項目成績是否有差異。以1994年廣島亞運高球培訓選手(男11人),及未學過高球運動的健康成年男子6名做爲研究對象,測驗項目包括肌力、柔軟度、穩定性、姿勢體態、協調性、瞬發力、肌耐力等測試項目,做爲高爾夫專項體能的評估參考。 結果發現: 一、肌力方面:高球選手的左手握力顯著高於非運動選手。 二、揮桿速度方面:高球選手的揮桿速度顯著高於非運動選手。 三、穩定性方面:30秒平衡板測量成績,非運動選手踏板次數明顯高於高球選手,亦即高球選手平衡能力優於非運動選手。 四、柔軟度方面:非運動選手的右肩水平内收角度顯著高於高球選手。

The purpose of this study is to explore the difference of the physical capacity between the excellent golf players and the general adults who never play golf before. The subjects are 11 male golf players of the 1994 Asian Game and 6 healthy male adults who never learn playgolf. The evaluation items include: muscles strength, flexibility, steadity, posture, coordination, power, and muscular endurance. These can to be used as the physical capicity evaluation for golf speciality. The result are: 1. The muscles strength aspect: the left hand fisting strength of the golf players is significantly higher than non-athletic player's. 2. The swing speed aspect: the swing speed of the golf players is significantly higher than the non-athletic player's. 3. The steadity aspect: according to the 30 seconds balance-board test, non-athletic players lose balance more often than the golf players. It indicates that the balance ability of golf player is much better than the non-athletic player's. 4. The flexibility aspect: the range of motion of the non-athletic player's the right shoulder horizontal adduction of is significantly higher than the golf player's.
