The study was conducted by 8 subjects, junior high school male badminton players. The mean age was 15 years old. We investigated the effect of changing training time on grip strength, vertical jump, side step and total reaction time performance. We also collect the data of body temperature status. The results showed:1.The movement reaction time is greater in training time than non-training time while before changing the training time, but not significantly(P>.05).2.The performance of side step, grip strength and vertical jump is better in training time than non-training time(P<.05)while before training time.3.The performance of movement reaction time, side step and vertrcal jump is better in training time than non-training time while after changing training time, but not signficantly (P<.05). 4. The body temperature rhythm doesn't change after changing training time.
