交叉動作是鞍馬專項的必備要素之一,正、反交叉起倒立動作能幫助選手在鞍馬項目整套動作編排中增加自我特色,同時亦能提升有效動作分值,所以具有較高的應用價值,因此如何將正、反交叉起倒立動作訓練完成是專項訓練中值得探討的問題。本文透過收集相關文獻資料,並輔以拍攝圖片及文字敘述來探討正、反交叉起倒立動作的訓練步驟,相關內容細分:(一)正、反交叉擺動技術要領;(二)低鞍馬器械及鞍馬器械的輔助訓練;(三)相關肌力訓練方法。本文內容中詳實說明之技術要領、輔助訓練方法及肌力訓練方法皆能實務運用在專項訓練上,有助益於臺灣教練和選手們從事訓練時對相關輔助步驟及技術重點能有更進一步的瞭解,所以本文相當適合作為訓練正、反交叉起倒立動作時的參考依據。
Cross support travels are essential to the pommel horse exercise. Moreover, scissor with 1/4 turn through handstand on 1 pommel can help gymnasts to increase self-expressiveness during the whole pommel horse excise as they enhance specific scores for effective motions. Thus, they possess higher value in application. How to complete training for cissor with 1/4 turn through handstand on 1 pommel is a problem worth digging into. As a result, the article attempts to explore the training steps of cross support travels and inversions via collecting relevant data assisted by photographs and captions. Its contents can be divided into: (1) technical tips for cross support travels; (2) the low pommel horse apparatus used to assist training; (3) relevant training method to increase muscle power. Both the technical tips and training methods explicated in the article can be applied in specific pommel horse practice. They are helpful to coaches and gymnasts in Taiwan as they can develop better understanding on assisting procedures and technical points while they are engaged in training. Therefore, the study is suitable for consultation while training for scissor with 1/4 turn through handstand on 1 pommel.
