Desmoid Tumors of the Abdominal Wall-Two Cases Report
腹壁上的硬纖維瘤－兩病例報告
摘要
腹壁上的硬纖維瘤在臨床及病理上屬於罕見的軟組織瘤，屬於典型的低惡性度腫瘤。雖然不會轉移，腫瘤廣泛地侵入鄰近組織而且經常局部復發。手術邊緣靠近或不乾淨與局部復發的高發生率有關。在此，我們報告兩個發生於腹壁的硬纖維瘤。兩位病患均接受廣泛性切除，分別於術後追蹤兩年與一年，皆無局部復發。本文將回顧及討論此腫瘤的臨床特性、病理、治療及預後。

Desmoid tumors are rare, locally aggressive but nonmetastasizing fibrous masses that occur sporadically. The synonym ”aggressive fibromatosis” describes their marked cellularity and aggressive local behavior. The course and tendency for recurrence make the treatment of these fibrous tumors challenging. We present two cases of desmoid tumors involving the abdominal wall. Both patients received wide excision of tumor and no recurrence was noted during the follow-up period.
