摘要

本研究為瞭解遊客對風景區解說服務之需求，特以東北角海岸風景特定區為範圍，研究遊客對解說服務需求現況及分析遊客屬性與解說服務需求類型關係。研究結果顯示：遊客對解說內容需要性，對海濱型據點偏好海洋景觀資源、海上遊樂活動安排及生態保育觀念等項目，而對陸域型據點則以陸地景觀資源、經營管理等項目較為強烈；對解說服務方式需求性，遊客對解說服務方式認知、偏好皆以解說牌最為顯著，對遊客中心、解說牌、解說員等服務方式使用意顯較強；遊客社經因素之年齡、學歷、婚姻狀況、居住地等項對解說服務內容需要程度有顯著差異，另遊客之學歷、居住地等社經因素對解說服務方式之需要性亦呈現明顯差異。

The main purpose of the study was to understand the visitors' demand of interpretative service and explore the relationship between visitors' socioeconomic variables and interpretative service demand's patterns. The study used questionnaires to survey visitors' demand on the Northeast Coast National Scenic Area. The major findings are the follows: About the preferences contents of beach park, visitors like marine resources and activities arrangement. On the preferrences contents of land park, visitors love land resources and management; The results indicated that the visitors' demand and cognition of interpretative service patterns is interpretative sign. On the visitors' willingness of interpretative services patterns, people have a great desire in visor center, interpretative sign, and interpretator; Due to the discrepancy of age, education, marriage and inhabitation, there were significant differences on the visitors' demand of interpretative services contents. Because of the discrepancy of education and inhabitation, there were significant differences on the visitors' demand of interpretative services patterns.
