摘要

由於國內欠缺適合的本土休閒活動量表，本研究運用人類學民俗誌常用之自由列舉法來發展本土休閒活動量表。以台北、花蓮、台東、高雄、台中、新竹20歲以上民眾為對象，最後獲得182個樣本。本研究使用ANTHROPAC軟體來分析資料，此軟體可計算出「顯著指數(salience index)」，指數介於0至1之間，指數越高表示越顯著，意即該項目最早且最常被列舉。本研究除了確認了能夠藉以發展本土「休閒活動量表」相當具有代表性的活動項目外，也顯示六個區域居民顯著且經常從事的休閒活動。結論有二：(1)自由列舉是簡單精確快速發展「休閒活動量表」的方法。(2)不同區域居民經常或顯著從事的休閒活動項目也有差異。文末針對自由列舉法發展休閒活動量表操作提出建議，並提出未來研究建議。

The study applied anthropological and ethnographic free-listing approach to develop ”Taiwan leisure activity inventory.” Residents over 20 years of age of Taipei, Hualien, Taitung, Kaoshoung, Taichung, and Hsinchu were the study population. A total of 182 informants were sampled. ANTHROPAC software was used to calculate the salience index. The value of the index was between 0 and 1, the higher the value indicated items listed earliest and most frequently. The analysis identified activities suitable for developing ”Taiwan leisure activity inventory” which included representative and salient activities. The results also showed salient and frequently participated activities for the residents of six cities. Two conclusions were drawn. First, free-listing is a simple, accurate, and quick approach to develop ”Leisure activity inventories.” Second, there were differences between residents of different cities in terms of salient and frequently participated leisure activities. Recommendations were made for operating free-listing and future research.
