電子商務軟體品質量測模式

電子商務是網際網路(Internet)熱潮下的一項重要產品，凡是透過網路進行的商業活動都統稱電子商務，為了使電子商務的運作能夠快速且順暢推展，搭配的相關技術與應用的軟體也因應而生。滿足使用者所提出的功能需求是電子商務軟體能夠被接受的重要關鍵，此外，在進展快速的資訊技術下，為了讓投入軟體開發的資源能夠獲得更高的效益，有效的延長軟體生命期是必然的趨勢，軟體可維護性則是延長軟體生命期的必要條件。本文將針對電子商務軟體的功能性及維護性進行深入瞭解，且從中探究出影響電子商務軟體品質的相關特性，進而從設計階段的靜態角度蒐集與維護作業品質相關量度資料，從測試階段的動態角度蒐集與功能正確性品質相關量度資料，且提出一套結合靜態及動態量測值的兩段式品質量測模式，以有效監控、改善與提昇電子商務軟體之品質。

E-Commerce is a major product in the internet fever. The business activities that applied the network environment can be called the E-Commerce. In order to improve and promote the operations of E-Commerce, many new technologies and application software are produced. However, satisfying the functional requirements is a primary factor which affects acceptability of the E﹒ Commerce software. On the other hand, for increasing the investment benefit of Commerce software. On the other hand, for increasing the investment benefit of software development, extending the software life cycle becomes a natural trend. Software maintainability is a necessary condition for extending the software life cycle. In this paper, the functionality and maintainability of E-Commerce software will be understood deeply,’ and the quality characteristics of E﹒ Commerce software will be studied. Applying the static view to the design phase, the quality metric data of maintenance operations will be collected. Applying the dynamic view to the test phase, the quality metric data of function correctness will be collected. Based on the static and dynamic quality measurement, a Two-Phase Metric Combination (TP MC) Model is proposed for controlling, enhancing and improving the quality of E-Commerce software.
