The rising trend of organization learning perspective leads many companies to establish alliance networks to learn alliances partners' technique and knowledge to sustain competitive advantage. The major focus of this study is on knowledge management, especially on exploring the effect of alliance network relationship on knowledge inflow among the electronic alliance members. This study also attempts to verify if knowledge inflow will effect innovative performances. And finally, we expect to find if interaction between communication mechanism or knowledge property and strategic alliance network relationship will influence knowledge inflow. As a result, alliance network relationship positively influences knowledge inflow, and knowledge inflow positively influences innovative performances. Divergent alliance network relationship groups will result in difference in knowledge flow and innovative performances. We found that higher communication frequencies and better communication quality would result in better effectiveness in knowledge inflow, and less tacit knowledge with more knowledge complexity would also result in the same situation. But appropriable knowledge would not influence knowledge flow.
