產業需求導向綠色管理能力指標之建構

摘要

台灣產業界目前對於綠色管理仍處於「遵守法令」的萌芽階段，對於綠色管理人才的培育尚不足，目前產業員工對於綠色管理的專業知識亦較為缺乏，實有待補強與提升。本研究立基於文獻探討，發展產業需求導向的綠色管理能力指標，此為過去研究中鮮少著墨者，突顯本研究執行之重要性。依研究結果指出，產業需求的綠色管理能力指標為8大單元，24個指標，經內容分析法、焦點團體訪談與模糊德懷術等多元方法考驗，俾指標內容兼具信度、效度與公信力。本研究結果將可作為台灣產業界與後續研究者推動綠色管理之參考依據。

The development of industries in Taiwan was in initial stage, which lack of training and professional knowledge of green management. There was a need to improve. This study developed green management competencies index industries needed-oriented based on literature review, this was lack of past researches. The importance of this study was significant. The results showed the green management competency index industries needed-oriented were 24 indexes of 8 units. The research methods were content analysis, focus group meeting and fuzzy Delphi method to improve reliability and validity. The results of this study could be references for green management of industries in Taiwan and future researchers.
