陶行知社會教育思想與實踐之研究

摘要


本文係探討近代中國教育家陶行知的社會教育思想與實踐,其方法则以歷史及理論分析為主。從陶氏社會教育思想與實踐中,獲致以下幾點啟示: 一、提醒吾人制訂社會教育政策時,務必注意各階層的社會問題、文化創新與教育發展,人人皆可上社會大學,並維護社會人權生存。 二、社會教育內容不僅以識字為主,更要以生活為內涵;強調行思並重、创造、自動、通俗等方法;兼顧有形與無形之社教設施;並注重社會教育人員之自覺自動之學習。 三、強調社會終生教育,只要活著就要學習,須與時代俱進。 四、重視師資培育之社會教育責任,強化教師對整個社會之關懷,並充實社區服務之熱忱。

This article is to explore modern Chinese educator Tao Heng-Chih's social education thoughts and practice. The method of history study, and theoretical analysis are applied in this research. Tao's social education thoughts brought up announcement of modern social education that includes as following: 1. On making the social education policy, remind people to notice the social problems in all levels, the recreation of culture and the educational development. Everyone has right and is able to attend social university. And we should protect and maintain human right. 2. Social education stresses the contents of living; Social education method attaches importance to reflection acting, creation, spontaneity, and common etc.; Social education equipment includes informal and formal situations, and emphasizes the spontaneous learning of the social education worker. 3. To emphasize social life-long education as long as we are alive, we must learn, and keep up with the times. 4. To focus on the social responsibility of the teachers college, to strengthen their concern about the society and the enthusiasm to serve the community.
