非織物表觀及堆疊影像模擬及紋理分析

摘要


隨著電腦技術的進步,運用影像分析進行製程模擬及評估日漸普及,在此研究中,我們發展一套非織物表觀及堆疊影像之模擬技術,藉以作為製程參數設計的前趨作業,並縮短產品開發時間。在實驗中,我們改變不同的捲曲度、堆疊根數及纖維順向分布進行非織物影像模擬。為了客觀評定紋理的變化,所產生之模擬影像以共生矩陣進行紋理分析。結果顯示,此模擬系統可真實描繪非織物影像,另外,所設定的捲曲度、堆疊根數及纖維順向分布等參數可分別對紋理產生變化,其中以堆疊根數影響最為顯著。

The manufacture simulation and product evaluation by employing image analysis are popularly used as following the advance of computer technology. In this work, a simulation system of nonwoven appearance and depositing image was developed to be the pre-processing work, which determine the producing parameters and to shorten the exploitative period of new product in nonwoven industry. The simulation processed with variant parameters including fiber crimp, number and orientation distribution. To impersonally evaluation, the co-occurrence matrix was applied to analysis the texture of simulated images. The results showed that the simulation system could truly perform the character of real web. According to the co-occurrence matrix analysis, the fiber crimp, number and orientation distribution respectively influenced the texture of simulated images, and the fiber number was the most notable parameter.
