PBO纖維與高強力纖維編織飛行傘傘繩之研究

A Study of the Para-glider's Ropes Braid from PBO and High Density Polyester Fibers

摘要


本研究在改變飛行傘傘繩的材料,用PBO纖維取代克維拉纖維為蕊材,高密度聚酯纖維為包覆材,以編帶機變化編識不同股數之傘繩,並與目前所使用的飛行傘傘繩作物性的測試分析。經實驗得知,以PBO纖維為蕊材的飛行傘傘繩在重量上可輕化1/2、拉伸比強力達2-3倍等效果。

The purpose of this research intended to change the materials used for rope of para-glider, to test and compare the physical properties of para-glider's ropes sold on the market product with the rope made by the braiding machine with PBO fiber and Kevlar fiber wrapping by HDPET material. The result indicates that rope with PBO fiber is much more suitable for making para-glider's ropes in accordance with its properties have 2 to 3 times tensile strength and half deniers.
