羊毛梭織物在搖擺運動之下動態懸垂性之研究

摘要


本實驗在探討以三種不同規格的羊毛梭織物,以織物動態與靜態懸垂性自動測試系統作不同速度及不同搖擺角度的動態搖擺運動,並加以量測其動態懸垂係數。目的在於分析改變搖擺角度及改變搖擺速度對懸垂係數的影響。在本研究中對於搖擺角度及搖擺速度的增加均會使懸垂係數呈現下降的趨勢,此乃織物作動態運動時,因樣布左右搖擺造成懸垂面積的改變,而在此時攝影機所擷取的畫面,樣布面積會小於靜態時所擷取的畫面,使平均懸垂係數會呈現下降的趨勢。但是在搖擺速度及角度兩條件中,又以改變角度所得到的變化較明顯,本實驗就依此特性加以分析及探討。

The study of this experiment is for probing into the Dynamic Drape Coefficient of three kinds of wool woven fabric with different standard of each other. We made the dynamic swing motions of different swing speed and swing angle by the automatic measuring system for static and dynamic drape. The purpose lies in analyzing the effect of changing the swing angle and the swing speed on the drape coefficient. The essay provides an under standing of that the increasing of the swing angle and the swing speed made the drape coefficient tend to decline. When the camera take the drape area at swing motion, that the drape area become smaller than when static state picks up from the clockwise motions and the anticlockwise motions made the average drape coefficient tend to decline during the dynamic motion of the woven fabrics. However, the change of swing angle was clearer than that of the swing speed when the experiment was doing by way of considering either the swing speed or the swing angle. The experiment is for investigating and analyzing the property mentioned above.
