海藻酸鈣微膠囊包覆山葵的製備及其緩釋性之探討

Preparation and Controlled Release Properties of Calcium Alginate Microcapsules Encapsulated Wasabia Japonica

摘要


本研究是採用液中硬化法來進行海藻酸鈣微膠囊包覆山葵的製備。以海藻酸納為殼材山葵為芯材,將兩者均勻混合後藉由針筒將混合液滴入氣化鈣水溶液中,使殼材硬化製成微膠囊。經由改變山葵的添加量、氧化鈣水溶液的濃度以及不同的硬化時間,找出最通當的製備條件,並與未包覆成微膠囊的山葵進行氣味釋放之比較。結果顯示,在使用1%海謀酸鈉、山葵添加量1.5g、硬化劑濃度10%以及硬化時間為10min的條件下,可以得到最佳的釋放效果。

In this study, we use sodium alginate as wall material, wasabia japonica as core material to prepare the calcium alginate microcapsules encapsulated wasabia japonica by orifice method The alginate mix with wasabia japonica to add into CaCl2 solution by the injector, and to prepare the microcapsules. By changing the wasabia japonica content, the concentration of CaCl2 and the cross-linking time. The results indicated that the best preparing condition was 1% sodium alginate, 10% CaCl2 solution and 10min of cross-linking time.
