電腦模擬子彈彈頭形態對陶瓷板貫穿能力和能量傳遞之探討

A Study of the BulIet Head Shape on the Penetration Ability and Stress Transfer of the Ceramic Board

摘要


本研究主要探討以不同外型投射體高速撞擊三氧化二鋁陶瓷板之影響。主要使用有限元素分析套裝軟體ANSYS與LS-DYNA來進行電腦模擬,其項目包括投射體貫穿靶板之深度及能量消耗,模擬時之投射體為鋼4340材質,並使用三種不同形狀及三種不同角度錐形投射體進行模擬並比較其數據。實驗結果發現,錐形投射體貫穿陶瓷板的效果優於其餘投射體,能量消耗速率則是圓投射體約等於錐技射體而平頭投射體略高。90∘錐形投射體貫穿性能較其餘角度投射體高10.1%,且發現角度越大,其貫穿深度並未相對增加。

This study focused on a different appearance of high-speed impact projection of ceramic plates (AI2O3) effect. Primarily the use of fínite element analysis software package ANSYS and LS-DYNA to carry out computer simulations, which include the projectiles through the target plate of the depth and energy consumption, simulation of the projectiles of steel 4340 material, and use three kinds of different shapes and three different angles conical projectiles to simulate and compare their data. The results found that cone-shaped projectiles through the ceramic plate is better than the rest of projectiles, the energy consumption rate is equivalent to about cone circular projection body projection physical projection of the flat head body slightly 90-degree conical projectiles than the other point of view throughout the performance of 10.1 % projection of body height, and found that the angle the greater the depth of penetration is not a reIative increase.
