不織布含浸鮭魚DNA後於不同吸附條件下對染料吸附性之探討

Investigation of Dye Adsorption at Differential Adsorption Condition of Nonwoven Fabrics Treated Salmon DNA

摘要


本研究利用去氧核醣核酸(Deoxyribonucleic acid)具有可吸附苯環基團之性質,探討對反應性染料吸附之效果。結果顯示,將此改質後之DNA 對反應性染料進行吸附效果之測試後發現,當DNA 濃度為10%時,於20、40、60℃之吸附率分別為24.01、63.98、71.71%。於pH 值測試中,當DNA 濃度為10%時,在60℃下,pH4、7、10 之吸附率分別為62.01、77.63、40.94%,由上述可知10%DNA 不織布在60℃下、pH 值為7 時吸附效果最佳。將10%DNA 不織布樣本經脫附測試後,其脫附率分別為73.57、52.57、70.35、35.19%。

This research makes use of the study that the deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) has the property, which can absorption aromatic groups, to confer adsorption result of the Reactive dyes. Because of the DNA has great of water-soluble quality and has lower mechanical strength as a result the scope of to limit its application. Therefore try to modify after using the copper nitrate to cross-linking processing make the DNA insolubilized, and confer its adsorption result. The result shows, the modified DNA non-woven fabric after carrying on the test of adsorbing the result to the Reactive dyes, when DNA concentration are 10%, the temperature test at 20, 40, 60 ℃, the adsorb results are 24.01%、 63.98%、71.71%, when pH value test at 4, 7, 10, the adsorb results are 62.01%、77.63%、40.94%. When DNA non-woven fabric sample after absorption test, the absorb results are 73.57、52.57、 70.35、35.19%.
