利用回收咖啡渣無土栽培基材之應用研究

Application of Soilless Cultivation Base of Coffee Grounds Recycling

摘要


本研究以咖啡渣為主體添加幾丁聚醣作為無土栽培介質之基材,並利用氫氧化鈉水溶液對其進行固化。文中探討不同濃度之幾丁聚醣(3wt%、5wt%、7wt%)添加椰子油發泡劑與咖啡渣製備無土栽培介質,結果顯示幾丁聚醣濃度在7wt%,添加咖啡渣比例為4:3時樣本成型性最佳製成最佳樣本後進行pH值EC值以及保水率的研究測試,研究發現經水洗後pH值落在5.5~6.5之間,EC值在2ms/cm以下,皆符合一般植物的栽培環境。而在含水率及保水率方面以咖啡渣添加7wt%幾丁聚醣無土栽培為最佳。
